We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our team and take charge of managing our brand presence across multiple social media platforms.
Position Overview:
As the Social Media Manager at ATM Brands, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our social media strategy, focusing on translating our online engagement into meaningful business outcomes.
You will be responsible for managing and curating content, growing our online presence, and enhancing engagement with our diverse audience, all while driving measurable profit impacts for each unique concept.
This role requires a strong emphasis on converting social media presence into tangible profit impacts for each business concept.
This role will be a hybrid position with a combined schedule of weekly in person content creation visits to multiple locations and work from home days.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that places a high priority on converting engagement and awareness into quantifiable profit impacts for each business concept.
Content Creation:
Create engaging, relevant, and visually appealing content from weekly content creation days, taken on site of each business.
This content should be designed to drive action, conversion, and revenue generation.
Account Management:
Oversee and manage social media accounts for all business concepts under the ATM Brands umbrella, ensuring that the content aligns with each concept's objectives and encourages profitable customer interactions.
Conversion Optimization:
Collaborate closely with marketing to implement strategies that convert social media engagement into meaningful customer actions, such as bookings, purchases, memberships, and more.
Analytics and Reporting:
Establish and maintain a robust yet simple reporting structure that tracks key performance metrics related to profit impacts, presenting detailed analytics to upper management, and providing insights for continuous improvement.
Campaign Planning:
Develop and implement creative social media campaigns and promotions designed to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay current with industry trends, social media advancements, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for optimizing profit impacts.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional individuals to align social media efforts with marketing, sales, finance, and customer service strategies, ensuring a cohesive and impactful customer journey.
Create and maintain positive releationships with local influencers and other parties that support social media objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven track record of successfully converting social media engagement into profit impacts for diverse business concepts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on persuasive and action-oriented messaging.
Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and conversion tracking.
Creative thinking and the ability to ideate strategies that lead to tangible revenue outcomes.
Experience in creating and managing paid social media advertising campaigns with a clear ROI focus.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with the diverse portfolio of business concepts managed by ATM Brands is advantageous.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
