is hiring full and part-time house cleaners in the Metro Detroit area (we currently service Ann Arbor, Canton, Dearborn, Farmington, Livonia, Northville, Novi, Plymouth, Westland, Ypsilanti, and other nearby cities).
Unlike many other competitors, we are not a franchise and we offer much higher wages.
Many of our cleaners make more than $30
per hour, including tips and bonuses.
We are also the most flexible company in the area - we allow you to set your own schedule and work only when and where you want to work.
When you work for us at Arbor Trail Cleaning Co.
, you will set your availabilty through our mobile app and clock in and out right from your phone.
You set your schedule and we will only assign jobs based on your availability.
Only want to work 3 days per week? Perfect! Want to work everyday and get full-time hours? Also perfect! We will work with you to make sure you're happy and able to make great money on your own time.
Over time, as you do a great job, recurring customers will want you back on a set schedule.
This will allow you to work with people you already know and that you're comfortable with (recurring customers often tip exceptionally well, too!) Arbor Trail Cleaning Co.
does NOT provide supplies or insurance; however, we handle all advertising, scheduling, estimates, customer service, and billing, and let you focus on just your work.
This is a 1099 contractor role where you'll be expected to work independently.
We're looking for A-level cleaners to join our team.
We want the best of the best, with a clear focus on detail.
To be a part of our team, you MUST consistently show up on time, communicate well, and be exceedingly respectful to our customers.
Already have your own clients? That's fine! We will help you get even more and send you all of the work that you desire.
Have another person that you currently clean with? That's fine, too! We will schedule you for jobs together.
Start date:
ASAP (Interview and background screening take between 7-10 days) Duties:
Routine, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings for residential homes Sweeping, mopping, dusting Vacuuming, cleaning glass, wiping down surfaces, etc.
Ability to manage time effectively and independently
Qualifications:
2 years of paid house cleaning experienced is required Must speak English (conversational okay) Have your own transportation and cleaning supplies Must have or be willing to get General Liability Insurance (very quick process; roughly $40/month) Arbor Trail Cleaning Co.
