Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest quality of customer service is available for the residents.
- Responsible for sales initiatives.
- Responsible to be knowledgeable and successful using the sale system.
- Respond and address to any resident concerns which arise during shift.
- Responsible for carrying out emergency procedures during shift.
- Assist with office management tasks.
- Other duties as assigned by the executive team.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales preferred.
- Time-management skills.
- Excellent phone skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
