Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies - Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the cash register or POS system - Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations - Operate coffee brewing equipment and other food preparation tools - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and different coffee blends is a plus - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Basic math skills for calculating order totals, making change, and handling tips - Strong communication skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays We are looking for a friendly and energetic individual who enjoys working with people and has a passion for coffee.
