00pm Job Responsibilities -Ensure efficient administration of the front desk- answering all inquiries in a timely manner, managing appointments, catering to customer needs while adhering to school's policies and procedures, keeping the school in a clean and working order -Accept payment for lessons and products -Contribute to organizational planning for various events throughout the year, including bi-annual music recitals Competencies Communication:
communicate effectively and productively in both oral and written dialog Professional Skills:
friendly and welcoming disposition, detail oriented, well organized, great multi-tasking Leadership:
Proven ability that demonstrates professionalism, creates a positive and welcoming work environment while remaining alert to potential concerns Customer Service:

proficiency with Gmail and Mindbody (this software can be taught during training) Job Type:
