Project Manager - Physician Group - Healthcare
Description:
Project manager will support the manager and physicians in implementing small and large-scale projects aimed at driving growth, new business and better organization and efficiency. Project manager will be required to take ideas from the concept stage to implementation and completion, while keeping managers and physicians in the loop by delivering reports and data that track progress. Projects will include implementation of new healthcare services, organization and streamlining of existing offices, setting up and monitoring data and reporting on various services across the physician group, training staff on new policies and procedures and other projects large and small.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will have bachelor's degree or masters in a healthcare related field, especially in healthcare management, or the equivalent experience in the field. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a self-starter capable of thorough research and positive action, be punctual, professional and a team player.
Compensation:
Salaried, full-time position starting at $32,000/year plus benefits and bonuses. Opportunity for advancement in pay and title will be available.
Location:
Six locations in Southeast Michigan with main locations in Dearborn Heights and Southfield.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
